    Had my hip surgery. A scope that turned into a MicroFracture Surgery, which removes some cartilage and drills holes inside your hip socket to bleed out and it scabs to make a rubbery fake cartilage protection. Either that or keep destroying it. So, 2010 was a rough year of pain and riding my way up to speed. This year I hope to get back to a level of great consistent fitness. Easy does it. Im old!!! lol

    The Board Members of the Frisco Cycling Club would like to announce a few organizational changes to become effective no later than July 1.

    Geoffrey Davis has been our tireless leader for the past two years. Under Geoff’s leadership we have made great strides in our achievements as a
    Cycling club. He has lead the club and our involvement with the City of Frisco to create posted bike routes, he’s lead our efforts to create a solid foundation of sponsors and he has been instrumental in forming our partnership with Frisco Family Services. All the while as Geoffrey was immersed in the club’s activities he was also preparing for a significant change at home. As many may already know, last year the Davis family was blessed with twin girls to accompany his two boys. With increased family obligations, not to mention his business obligations, Geoff has decided that it is time to hand off the baton and step aside as our Club’s President.

    In order to continue the clubs work our current Vice President, Jeff Ellis, will now serve as Club President and Board Member Joe Morgan will now become Vice President. Geoff will continue to serve as a FCC Board Member while our other Board positions remain unchanged as follows;

    Joe Crenshaw, Chairman
    Karla Terry, Secretary
    Danny Finlan, Treasurer
    Terri Cash, Youth Program
    Tim Goodwin, Board Member
    Joe Foos, Board Member
    Rodney Crowe, Board Member

    We look forward to serving the Frisco cycling community and hope to see everyone out on their bikes. If you have any suggestions or ideas for the Club then please let us know.
